What we collect

When you request service we collect your name, phone number, email address, the service address and property type, a description of the problem, your availability and how you prefer to be contacted, and any photos you choose to upload.

If you reply to one of our emails, or use the secure link we send you, we keep what you write there with your request so we can answer it.

How we use it

Only to review your request, contact you about it, schedule and perform the work, and send you messages about your service — confirmations, appointment details, completion notes, and a request for a review. We don't sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who else sees it

We use a small number of services to run this site, and they only ever see what they need to do their job: our email provider handles the messages we send you and the replies you send back, our hosting and database provider stores your request, and a spam check runs when you submit the form. That spam check sees your network address to tell a person from a bot; we don't store it with your request. Nobody else is given your information.

Photos

Uploaded photos are stored privately and are only visible to us. They are never published on this website.

Payments

We don't take payments on this website. No card or bank details are collected here.

Tracking

We don't use advertising trackers, and our emails contain no tracking pixel — we can see that our email provider accepted a message, not whether you opened it.
